How can my agency participate in C.A.R.E. Fair?
All participating agencies must commit to all of the following:
1. Serve children (0-18 yrs) and their families.
2. Provide a direct service, free of charge and on site.
3. Participate both days, during the entire client service times.
4. Be responsible for table set-up, clean-up and operating supplies.
While many agencies provide worthwhile services, some are unable to provide
direct, free services for children during the fair. For these agencies we will gladly
have your information distributed via the Information & Referral booth. Please drop
off your agency information during the C.A.R.E. Fair set-up time on Thursday, July
17, 2008 from 12:00pm - 4:00 pm.
Please remember, our promise to clients is that throughout the entire event all
agencies provide free on-site direct services.
If your agency wishes to participate:
To register for the event please send us an E- mail:registration@carefairaz.org .
Once we receive an email from you we will send you an application to complete.
Agencies will receive email confirmation and more information about set-up after
we receive the application.
Attending the event
On the day of the event, all agency staff must proceed to the "Volunteer and Agency
Check-In" area located in the school admistration building at Sunnyside High to
receive an orientation packet, a name tag, and a food voucher bracelet.
As you know, July in Tucson is extremely hot. Gyms use air conditioning but it is
still Tucson and it is still summer. Please consider the temperatures and dress
appropriately.
