What will I need to bring?
C.A.R.E. Fair is a free event and is open to everyone. However, some agencies
have eligibility requirements. The following items may be required to obtain
some services.
*Please note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
for health physicals.

If you did not receive all the services you needed at C.A.R.E. Fair please contact
