What will I need to bring?
C.A.R.E. Fair is a free event and is open to everyone. However, some agencies
have eligibility requirements. The following items may be required to obtain
some services.
*Please note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
for health physicals.
Where do I go to obtain services after the event is over?
If you did not receive all the services you needed at C.A.R.E. Fair please contact
the State of Arizona's help line by dialing 2-1-1 on your phone or visit the 2-1-1
website at: www.az211.gov
